CONTRACT
PSP and client will discuss and agree on an hourly bill rate that is commensurate with the skills, requirements and type of position ordered. We will handle all the payroll and will be responsible for federal, state and local payroll taxes, unemployment and workers' compensation insurance and benefit administration. We pay our employees bi-weekly and will expect payment due upon receipt. A minimum of four (4) hours will be billed to the client.

| 0-480 hours | = | Full Fee (Permanent) |
| 481-960 hours | = | 25% off Full Fee |
| 961-1080 hours | = | 50% off Full Fee |
| 1081-2079 hours | = | 75% off Full Fee |
| 2080 + hours | = | No Fee |
FEE SCHEDULE
Fee is based a percentage of the annual starting salary.
