Client Services

  • First we perform a pre-screen via a phone consultation to collect all preliminary information from the candidate including reviewing the resume, and determining skill sets.

  • Next, PSP schedules an in person consultation with the prospective candidate to gain a more personal understanding of the individual’s character traits, experience, education level and motivation for the position.

  • We then add our notes from the pre-screen, the application, and the personal consultation to compile our Candidate Profile sheet.

  • Once we have completed these crucial steps in determining a candidate’s viability, PSP presents to the client the candidates complete history, qualifications, skill sets and abilities. Similarly, we present the clients company to the candidate explaining the company culture, history and management expectations in preparing the candidate for the interview. We want no surprises for either the client or candidate.

  • Once the interview is complete, we contact both the client and candidate for feedback. Prompt feedback is the cornerstone in developing a solid understanding of the needs and objectives of all involved in the process.
